The Design Thinking Process
Empathise: connect with and understand the needs and perspective of your users
Define: use prior knowledge and insights to define the problem that needs to be solved
Ideate: brainstorm and explore a lot of different ideas
Prototype: transform your ideas to create a tangible outcome
Test: take your prototype to your end users to observe and gain feedback. Refine and redevelop.
Implement: action your idea and put it into practise.
