Through Our Eyes: A Pandemic Story

We've been wearing masks over here in Vietnam pretty much constantly since February 2020. All our students from 3 year olds to 18 year olds have been wearing them in school without any problems because they understand it's not just for their safety, but that of their friends too.

Interesting discusssions. . .

A teaching moment that made me smile happened with my Year 5 class this week. Researching endangered animals can lead to tricky discussions sometimes . . . .

One of the things I love about being a teacher librarian is reading to the little ones at my school. They can say the funniest things. This week turned out to be a week of smiles thanks to Babette Cole and her wonderful stories As the saying goes 'Out of the mouths of babes. . .'
